 
                Jamaican Rubbed Chops

| 4 pork chops, about 3/4 in. thick | 
| 2 Tbsp. brown sugar | 
| 1 garlic clove, minced | 
| 1 tsp. coarsely ground black pepper | 
| 1/2 tsp. salt | 
| 1/2 tsp. ground nutmeg | 
| 1/4 tsp. ground cloves | 
Directions:
1. Pat pork chops dry with paper towels; stir together remaining ingredients in small bowl and rub chops on both sides with seasoning mixture. Grill chops over medium-hot coals, turning once, about 8-9 min, until internal temperature on a thermometer reads 145°F, followed by a 3-min. rest time.
